Who we are
This policy applies to Kainos Consultants Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 46 678 061 535), trading as Kainos Consultants. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and information about your business. When you become a client we collect the information we need to provide our services, which may include financial and identity information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide and bill for our services, meet our legal obligations (including anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations), and, with your consent, tell you about services that may interest you. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to provide our services or meet the law: for example with your other advisers at your request, with service providers who host our systems, or with government agencies where we are required to. Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Our web host may record standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing rishab@kainosconsultants.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
